Academics
The Trinity Mission
Trinity Lutheran Christian School seeks to provide a Christ Centered education in partnership with parents. We strive to provide a spiritual academic environment that recognizes each child as a unique creation of God. Our Kindergarten through Fifth Grade program serves to nurture the total child in mind, body and spirit as they develop into life long learners in God's Kingdom
Our Faculty
Our Faculty is trained to assist and nurture the daily development of their students. All of our teachers are college graduates and committed Christians with a passion for education. Our educators are committed Christians, with love for the Lord and a heart for ministry. TLCS is accredited by the Texas Education Agency through TPSA and by the Lutheran School Accrediation Agency.
While we believe that standardized testing can be a good method for assessing a child’s progress from year to year, we do not believe a test should be used to determine a students success or failure in a grade level. At Trinity, students are tested each year with the Iowa Test of Basic Skills. This test is used as a measure of progress, not as a basis for promotion or retention.

CLass size
One of the advantages when choosing Trinity is our small class sizes. This enables our educators to work more closely with students in need and challenge students that move at a faster pace. This flexibility to develop students strengths is invaluable and something you won't find in a larger classroom setting.
At Trinity we believe it is integral to surround our students with traditional values. You can trust that your child will be instructed in biblical truths and guided by Christian values.
