Trustees Board

The Trustees are responsible for the coordination, planning, and assistance of repair and maintenance of the church, school, and Child Care facilities and campus.

The Trustees Board shall consist of three members, one to be elected each year for a term of three years. The newly elected members shall meet with the board in June and July to establish a budget and to organize for the fiscal year. They shall elect a chairman to represent them on the Church Council, a representative to the Finance Board and a secretary to keep minutes and records. They shall select and request appointment of appointment of appointed members as needed to fulfill their duties.

The duties of the Trustees Board shall be:
  1. Making plans complementary to the congregational plan established by the Church Counsil, establishing goals toward achieving the plan, and preparing detailed budget requirements;
  2. Administering and maintaining all property belonging to the congregation;
  3. Making contracts and signing legal documents;
  4. Accepting and receiving grants and bequests where stipulations or contracts are involved;
  5. Appearing in court when necessary to represent the church; and
  6. Transacting all the legal business of the congregation assigned to them by the Voters' Assembly
