The Ladies Day Guild is active in benevolent activities and meets in the afternoon once a month.
Objectives of the Ladies Guild
To assist Trinity Lutheran Church in charitable and missionary endeavors.
To promote the welfare of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod and especially that of our congregation.
To create fellowship among the members of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
Meetings are held at Trinity Lutheran Church, the first Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm except for July, August, and January. (See meetings at bottom of page.)

Committees and Duties
Telephone
Call all members of the organization to remind them of meetings and inform them of other activities.
Sunshine
Send cards to members of the Ladies Day Guild who are ill or in the hospital or have a loss of an immediate family member.
Special Projects
In charge of all special Ladies Day Guild projects.
Christmas Baskets
Assemble and deliver Christmas gifts to members of the congregation in nursing homes or home bound shut-ins.
Historical
Appointed by Executive Board on an annual basis.
Visiting
Coordinate visitation and phone calls for members of the Ladies Day Guild who are ill or for other reasons unable to attend meetings or for special prayers.
New Membership
Inform Ladies Day Guild of members who have been absent and no longer attend meeting and also of possible new members to encourage them to come to meetings.
Publicity
Report to Church newsletter and Sunday bulletin as well as anywhere else publicity is needed.

2012-13 Meeting Dates will be determined in August 2012.
